Salzen und Pfeffern.<\/p>\n<p>Mozzarella in kleine St\u00fccke zupfen und mit dem Fenchel vermischen.<\/p>\n<p>Paniermehl in einer Bratpfanne mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l leicht anr\u00f6sten.
