Die Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Ingwer und Peperoncini weichd\u00fcnsten. Die Gew\u00fcrze und den Zucker dazugeben und 1-2 Minuten weiterd\u00fcnsten, dann noch das Tomatenp\u00fcree hinzuf\u00fcgen und eine weitere Minute d\u00fcnsten. Tomatenp\u00fcree hinzugeben, gut durchr\u00fchren und dann im Mixer p\u00fcrieren.
