Salzen. Dann Ginger-Garlic Paste, Tomaten dazu geben und weiterschmoren. Die Gew\u00fcrze, Currybl\u00e4tter, den Limettensaft und die Kokoscr\u00e8me dazugeben und etwas einkochen. Spinat dazugeben und f\u00fcr weitere 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
