Salz<\/li>\n<li>2 Eier<\/li>\n<li>0,5 dl Wasser<\/li>\n<li>150 g Mangold, Krautstiele oder Wirz, ger\u00fcstet, in Streifen oder in St\u00fccke geschnitten<\/li>\n<li>200 g festkochende Kartoffeln, gew\u00fcrfelt<\/li>\n<li>50 g Butter<\/li>\n<li>3 Zwiebeln, in Streifen geschnitten<\/li>\n<li>3 Knoblauchzehen, in feine Scheibchen geschnitten<\/li>\n<li>3-4 Salbeibl\u00e4ttchen, fein geschnitten<\/li>\n<li>150 g B\u00fcndner Bergk\u00e4se oder Raclettek\u00e4se, grob gerieben<\/li>\n<li>Salz,\u00a0Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aus Mehl, Salz, Eier und Wasser einen geschmeidigen Teig kneten und 30 Minuten ruhen lassen. Teig auf wenig Mehl 2 mm dick auswallen, in Streifen von ca. 8\u00d70,5 cm schneiden. Gem\u00fcse mit den Kartoffeln in siedendem Salzwasser 10 Minuten garen. Buchweizennudeln beif\u00fcgen, 3-4 Minuten mitgaren. Alles abgiessen, abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Butter erhitzen. Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Salbei darin leicht anbr\u00e4unen.
