Fleisch herausnehmen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch in die Pfanne geben und\u00a0d\u00e4mpfen, dann Tomatenp\u00fcr\u00e9e dazu und mitd\u00e4mpfen. Das Ganze mit Martini und Bouillon abl\u00f6schen. Fleisch mit den Salbeibl\u00e4ttern oder den Pfefferk\u00f6rnern in den Topf geben umr\u00fchren.
