Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len. 1 Zwiebel fein w\u00fcrfeln, andere halbieren und in d\u00fcnne Ringe schneiden. 1 EL \u00d6l erhitzen. Die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel darin and\u00fcnsten. Essig, Weisswein und Br\u00fche zugeben. Aufkochen und ca. 2 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Honig\u00a0kr\u00e4ftig w\u00fcrzen, zus\u00e4tzlich mit\u00a0Senf, Honig und 5 EL \u00d6l verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Kartoffeln l\u00e4ngs halbieren oder vierteln. Heisse Marinade \u00fcber die Kartoffeln giessen und ca. 30 Minuten ziehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Kr\u00e4uter waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln, die Bl\u00e4ttchen abzupfen und grob hacken. Kr\u00e4uter, Zwiebelstreifen und Senfdressing mit den Kartoffeln mischen.
