Die Tomate entkernen und in kleine Wu\u0308rfel schneiden. Die getrockneten Tomaten ebenfalls in kleine Stu\u0308ckchen schneiden und auch diese zur Sauce geben. Den\u00a0fein geschnittenen Ingwer hinzugeben. Mit Pfeffer abschmecken.
