Chili<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">250g Guanciale<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 Dose\u00a0Pelati<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Weisswein<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">150g reifer, geriebener Pecorino Romano<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salz, Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guanciale in Streifen schneiden (nicht in W\u00fcrfel, da jene ohne Fett beim D\u00fcnsten leicht trocken werden) und in einer Pfanne anbraten. Dann die\u00a0Chili in die Pfanne hinein geben.\u00a0Die Pelati\u00a0und etwas Weisswein\u00a0dazugeben, und etwa 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, eventuell noch mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sobald die\u00a0Spaghetti bereit sind die Sauce und den Pecorino dazugeben und alles vermengen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Pecorino servieren.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>F\u00fcr 4 Personen 500g Spaghetti 1 rote frische Chili-Schote oder getr.
