Butter und Milch gemeinsam in einem Topf erw\u00e4rmen, bis die Butter vollst\u00e4ndig zerlassen ist. Mit dem Joghurt in die Sch\u00fcssel\u00a0r\u00fchren. Zu einem geschmeidigen Teig kneten.\u00a0Mindestens 30 Minuten\u00a0ruhen lassen &#8211; je l\u00e4nger, desto weicher wird der Teig.<\/p>\n<p>Den Teig in 8 Portionen teilen und ausrollen. Eine Bratpfanne auf dem Herd erhitzen und die Teigfladen ohne \u00d6l in der Pfanne bei mittlerer bis hoher Hitze backen. Die fertigen Naan mit fl\u00fcssiger Butter bestreichen \u2013 dadurch werden sie noch weicher.
