Chili mit Zitronensaft und Salz vermischen und die Schenkel damit gut einreiben. Ca. 30 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank marinieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00fcbrigen Zutaten zu einer Paste vermischen und die Poulet-Schenkel damit einreiben. F\u00fcr mindestens eine Stunde in den K\u00fchlschrank.<\/p>\n<p>Den Ofen auf 180 Grad Umluft vorheizen. Die Schenkel in der Ofenmitte auf den Grill legen. Darunter liegt das mit Aluminium-Folie eingepackte Backblech. Nach ca. 10 Minuten die Schenkel mit fl\u00fcssiger Butter einpinseln.
