Sesamsamen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die gekochten Kichererbsen (oder gute Dosenqualit\u00e4t) abtropfen lassen. Im Mixer kalt p\u00fcrieren. Knoblauchpaste, Tahina, Tomate, gehackte Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel und Salz zugeben. Unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren schliesslich Zitronensaft, Eis und die Gew\u00fcrze beif\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Stunde im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen. Abschmecken und in einer flachen Schale dekorativ anrichten.
