Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat w\u00fcrzen und zugedeckt d\u00fcnsten, bis der Wirsing sch\u00f6n weich ist (ca. 10 Minuten).<\/p>\n<p>Die Fischfilets salzen und pfeffern.
